We booked a day tour on Dec 22, 2023 with a family of 13 adults, 2 children, 4 dogs Normally they open 8am but we arrived early at 7am and they allowed us to enter. Staff immediately helped us with our things and they also lend us a big cooler to store our drinks. They have a small sari sari store in the resort which is very convenient. They also have partner restaurants that you can order from and they’ll deliver it to your cottage. They also have activities with a reasonable prices. We availed the island tour with snorkeling (2 kids are free) & banana boat. The only thing we didn’t like was the sand at the island tour had some goat’s poo. Overall we enjoyed. Will come back again. Thank you for the good service especially to the guy at the reception who entertained me with all my inquiries and the fb admin who replies very fast.

A 3-hr drive from Metro Manila, this resort is one of the few resorts in the Laiya beach. It has cottages and rooms. This may be crowded on peak season. There are also available water activities such as banana boat ride, etc. It has also spacious parking space and good water pressure on their comfort rooms. Cons: Their kubo rooms have molds.

We stayed 1 night with our big family and the experience is fantastic. Staff are very nice, caring and hospitable. We are able to borrow some stuff we don't have. They are able to assist us with all the things that we need. Plus the communication before and after the transaction is prefectly smooth. Child and senior friendly too! Highly recommended.

The place was good 3 out of 5, but I don't feel secured due to the following : 1. no available staff doing rounds during night 2. No available attendant in the reception area even though the time is still within 8am-10pm 3. can't cater for big groups (we availed 5 rooms but there's no complimentary cottage for social gatherings) 4. The only guard on duty called Bantay dagat wasn't approachable 5.Poor customer service

Quaint place to stay at in laiya. They have that instagramable lights at night. Theres a nearby market of you want to buy food or other items you might need. Not recommended if you want to lay out at the beach at night as they close the gates at 10 pm and will open at 6 am.

Do not stay here if you want a peaceful sleep at night. Eventhough they have a no karaoke rule by 10pm onwards,. the lucky 7 resort beside it has no rule like that. You can never sleep with the loud noise of their karaoke. At 5am you will …

Good for large families up to 10 people. Courteous staff. Great karaoke machine and set up. Fun rides like banana boat and banka island tour. Swim with the fish as you feed them in the ocean. Near market for fresh sea foods. Try the Gindara or black cod fish, excellent! I and family enjoyed the 3 day outing.
